Our first snowboard instructor course finished in Banff in 2003 and now, many years later, hundreds upon hundreds of snowboarders have become qualified instructors – in Canada, France, NZ and the USA - with SnowSkool! And with the introduction of SnowSkool’s recruitment database, we have helped many of these graduates into jobs as snowboard instructors in countries around the world. And yes, it is as cool a job as you think…probably better! Others have simply come along for the ride and left, without exception, as much better riders!
Improver Camps
Ever sat on a lift and watched the chick shredding the powder below, hitting a kicker and pulling a three with effortless style? And did you wonder if you look like that on a board? Sorry to say but the answer is “probably not”! But help is at hand. SnowSkool’s snowboard improver camps are all about making you the person that others watch from the lift. We won’t spend hours fine-tuning your turning technique but we will make you look good in all snow conditions and on all parts of the hill – on- and off-piste, in the trees, in the backcountry and, of course, in the park.
