Accommodation in Big White

As much as we shout about the amazing powder snow at Big White, the terrain that is perfectly suited to snowboard and ski instructor training courses and the tuition from some of Canada’s most highly qualified ski & snowboard instructors, it is fair to say that a lot of people book onto the SnowSkool Big White programme because of the accommodation on offer! Or, more precisely, the hot-tub! For the duration of the 11-week instructor training course, every SnowSkool customer will be accommodated in a ski-in/ ski-out apartment and, yes, each apartment has a hot-tub on the porch. So you can wave goodbye to your ski instructor/ snowboard instructor in the afternoon, ski or ride back to the door of your chalet and be resting weary limbs in your hot tub within a few minutes of the lesson ending. A truly blissful, slope-side existence!

Ski-in/ ski-out Apartments

All SnowSkool apartments offer the last word in comfort: spacious open-plan living, large fireplaces, all the mod-cons: wireless internet, wall-mounted cable TV, stereo, DVD player and access to a swimming pool and gym within the complex. On the balcony of each apartment is the hot-tub...ah, the hot-tub! Big enough to accommodate six people comfortably, it is the perfect way to wind down after a long day of ski lessons/ snowboard lessons

Bedrooms will be either twin or double for two people to share. In some cases, three people will share a very large room. There will be at least one bathroom per two bedrooms, so a maximum of four people per bathroom. Unless you upgrade to a private room, you will room with someone of around your age and of the same sex. And, we will endeavour not to put one ski instructor in with five snowboard instructors or vice versa!

Each apartment has ski/ snowboard storage and a garage for waxing skis/ boards

What's Included?

The price of your SnowSkool instructor training course will include evening meals every night (Monday to Friday). Meals will be healthy and nutritious and served with salad and bread rolls.

The Conditions

• The standard room size will contain two people sharing on a twin- or double- basis.
• In certain circumstances, three people will share a large room.
• Upgrades to a single room are available at an additional cost.
• Evening meals will be served Monday to Friday
