ACCOMMODATION IN BIG SKY

With stuffed heads of mooses (meece?!), elks and bison hanging on the wall in the lounge, you know you’re in North America and when you find out that the name of your apartment block is Big Horn, you’re going to guess that you’re in the Wild West of America! But, as is typical of accommodation in the States, you’re accommodated in a large, spacious condo chocked full of all the mod cons that you could possibly need!

The hub of the condo is the open-plan kitchen/ living area. The stereo’s playing, the fire’s burning, someone making tea and coffee for everyone, another’s surfing the net…Big Horn units are a real home from home. Each bedroom has its own bath- or shower-room and bedrooms are shared by two persons. A limited number of private double room upgrades are available for an additional fee.

All Big Horn units are slope-side, cross the road in the morning and you’ll hit the Bear Back Poma lift whereas, in the evening, you can ski to the door. The location is ideal – just five minutes from all the bars & restaurants in the village and five minutes from the Huntley Lodge where SnowSkool have full access to the gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzis and spa facilities.
