Big White – Canada

Ski & Snowboard Instructor Course Resort Guide

Big White is British Columbia’s second-largest ski resort and Canada’s largest ski-in/ ski-out village. Big White’s motto: “It’s The Snow”, pays homage to the 27 feet of Mother Nature’s lightest and fluffiest powder snow that falls over the 118 runs and five powder bowls in the average year. As well as great snow, the terrain at Big White is truly top-notch – from long, cruising slopes & The Cliff to Canada’s best tree-skiing and a world-class Terrain Park. SnowSkool provides its students with luxury ski-in/ ski-out chalet accommodation in a village setting…ideal for those looking for a great ski or snowboard instructor training course in a very comfortable environment.

Employment Opportunities

The Big White Ski & Board School is arguably North America’s most progressive School. The SnowSkool snowboard & ski instructor courses, which are closely supervised by Big White’s Director of Snowsports and Canadian Interski Team Member Josh Foster, are regarded as a season-long interview process and recruiting ground for the Ski & Board School. To date, twenty-five SnowSkool graduates have been employed by the Big White Ski & Board School. So if you are looking for the training to become a ski instructor or to become a snowboard instructor, look no further!
